Women's ADHD Support Group – A Safe Space to Connect and Grow

You’re not alone. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, seeking diagnosis, or simply looking for answers about ADHD or autism and ADHD (AuDHD), this is your space.

What we offer:

  • A welcoming peer-to-peer community where women support women
  • Shared experiences, practical advice, and genuine understanding
  • Expert guidance from our facilitators: Joanne Norris, Specialist ADHD & ASC Coach (USA), and Karin Schmid-Gallistl (Austria) – [her function/title]
  • A safe, judgment-free environment for all women (cis and trans)

About our group: Since May 2021, we’ve been meeting online every two weeks, bringing together women from around the world who identify as ADHDers or AuDHDers, whether formally diagnosed or self-identifying.

 

How to join: Registration is required for each meeting. Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by the Zoom link (usually sent on Friday, two days before the meeting).

This group is completely free. Come as you are. Your story matters here.

Adults

Monthly Support Group for Parents of Children with ADHD/ADD

Raising a child with ADHD or ADD comes with unique joys and challenges. Our online parent group offers a safe, supportive space where you can share your experiences, learn practical strategies, and connect with others who truly understand.

What to expect:

  • Open discussions about real challenges and proven solutions
  • Shared experiences from parents navigating similar journeys
  • Practical strategies that work in everyday life
  • A judgment-free environment where every question matters

Your facilitators: Joanne Norris (USA) and Karin Schmid-Gallistl (Austria) will guide our monthly sessions, bringing their expertise and warmth to every conversation.

How to join: No registration required – simply drop in when you can. Camera off? No problem. You’re welcome to participate anonymously. What matters most is that you’re there.

Monthly Support Group for Teachers: Understanding ADHD in the Classroom

Teaching students with ADHD requires patience, creativity, and practical strategies that actually work. This online group brings together educators who want to better support their students with ADHD and learn from each other’s real classroom experiences.

  • Peer-to-peer exchange with fellow teachers
  • Practical classroom strategies that make a difference
  • Insights into what works (and what doesn’t)
  • Expert input from experienced ADHD coaches
